PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
FOR A
MARIJUANA DISPENSARY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS.
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Cleveland will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposal for the opening of a marijuana dispensary within the city limits.
The purpose of this hearing is to gather community input, concerns, and opinions before the Board considers any action related to zoning, permitting, or approval for such a business.

Time: 6:30 pm
Location: Cleveland Community Building 211 W. Main Street
All residents, business owners, and interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide comments. Written comments may also be submitted to City Hall prior to the hearing via email at cityclerk@clevelandmo.com
The Board will consider all public input before making any decisions on this matter.
